Um bando de drogados, frequentadores da cracolândia, região próxima da Rua Helvétia, partiram pra cima dos carros com violência. Eles forçaram motoristas a parar o carro enquanto batiam nos veículos e roubavam as vítimas.

Motoristas assustados subiram nas calçadas e fizeram manobras perigosas para escapar do arrastão. Os bandidos quebravam carros e atiravam objetos nos veículos que não paravam. Foi uma situação de convulsão social aterrorizante para a população indefesa. O problema da cracolândia é já antigo e cada gestão pública que entra não consegue resolver a situação.
